You are now a part of the largest international fundraiser for Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders! Our event is free and welcomes all participants.

Here are some next-steps you can take to deepen your involvement in the Climb:

-Tune in: Don't miss a thing! Follow Climb Out of the Darkness on facebook!

-Raise awareness: Tell your story. Share your story on social media or face to face with a friend. Show others they are not alone.

-Fundraising: Share your fundraising page on social media, through email to friends and family, around your community. Ask friends and family to donate.

-Build Community: Invite friends, family and members of the community to join you for your local Climb Out of the Darkness event.

As you have completed your registration after the May 20 deadline your t-shirt (and medal if applicable) will not be shipped in time for the event in June.) You WILL receive your Climb Out of the Darkness collectable t-shirt in October. You don't need a t-shirt to remind yourself how awesome you are, but we are so glad you want one. We wish we could get the t-shirt to you right away, but then we would be a fantastic t-shirt printing company and not the fantastic perinatal mood disorder non-profit that we are.

The Climb Out of the Darkness is operated by Postpartum Support International provides direct peer support to families, trains professionals and provides a bridge to connect the two.
